We asked Gloria Bradley, head women's basketball coach at Beloit College, a few questions.

What is your favorite Division III "D"?  My favorite "D" is Develop.  One of the greatest satisfactions and accomplishments as a coach is to help young student-athletes develop over their college careers.  To expose them to and help them navigate experiences on and off the court, culminating in well rounded individuals who are prepared for the next phase of their lives.
