 Conflict, Development & Peacebuilding
Topics include war, violence and dispute resolution.

 Democracy and Civil Society
Topics include democratic experiences and aspirations, social mobilisation, transnational movements and civil society.

 Environment and Natural Resources
Topics include energy, resources, biodiversity, climate as well as environmental politics, security and protection.

 Finance and Development
Topics include monetary policy, finance, banking, sovereign debt, capital movements and investment law.

Based on a crosscutting perspective, in addition to reproductive rights, postcolonial feminism and women’s labour, gender is integrated in the study of international relations and development.
