Welcome, international student!

When you created your NCAA Eligibility Center Account, you said you attended secondary school outside the U.S. We are writing to tell you we are familiar with your country’s education system, and have several resources to help you understand what we need from you to complete your certification.
Here are a few recommendations to get you started:
  • We need official academic documents, including your official transcripts from years nine and up, to establish your expected date of graduation and evaluate your academics for NCAA initial-eligibility standards.
  • If your country’s documents are in a language other than English, please submit a certified line-by-line translation for all of your documents.
  • Please submit your academic documents as soon as they are available. Please ask the issuing body send official copies of your proof of graduation. Timely submissions will prevent delays in your certification.
  • Take the ACT or SAT before you initially enroll full-time in college. When you register, use code 9999 to send your scores directly to the NCAA Eligibility Center.
    • If you are transferring to an NCAA school from another college, ask the athletics compliance office at your new school if they require a test score submission.
    • Learn more about NCAA test scores.
  • Remember to monitor your task list at eligibilitycenter.org throughout your certification process in case we have questions or need more information from you.
Please submit your documents as soon as they are available. Remember to monitor your task list at eligibilitycenter.org throughout your certification process. Timely submission of requested documents will prevent delays in your certification.
We look forward to assisting you as you work toward becoming an NCAA student-athlete.

Sincerely,
NCAA Eligibility Center
