PRIVACY POLICY AND AUTHORISATION OF IMAGE USE
 
By registering for the Event, the interested party freely authorises, without any consideration of financial remuneration, Everis Spain, SLU and the companies of the everis Group (https://www.everis.com/spain/es/group-companies) to capture and/or record the party’s image during the Event. Said images and recordings may be captured by Everis Spain SLU itself or by any third party that Everis Spain, SLU authorises to do so. The party also authorises the aforementioned entities to publish the images and recordings along with all those identifying elements of the company and entities’ own image, in any of their facets, by any means of diffusion and any modalities and/or forms of exploitation. This expressly includes the publishing the images through the internal channels of Everis Spain, SLU and everis Group companies, such as the intranet, external channels, such as web pages or social network profiles (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), online and/or streaming platforms (for example, YouTube), meetings, forums, conferences, presentations and publications, as well as by any other means of dissemination (television, press, etc.).

Said authorisation is limited to the effects of internal and external communication, promotion and publicity of Everis Spain, SLU and the companies of the everis Group and any of their related or auxiliary activities. Thus, when registering for the Event, the interested party grants Everis Spain, SLU and the companies of the everis Group the right to reproduce, distribute and publicly communicate their image for the purposes described in the previous paragraph. This authorisation may be transferred (including the option of transferring it to third parties), without temporal or territorial limits (to any country in the world).

Likewise, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and freedom of movement of these data (GDPR), we inform you that, due to your participation in the Event, we must obtain your consent to process your image and other personal data collected during your participation in the Event, according to the following conditions:

For what purpose will we process your data?
 
Your data will be processed for the following purposes:
  • Enable your participation in the Event.
  • Capture and disseminate your image during your participation in the Event for the purposes of internal and external communication, promotion and publicity in the terms described above.
How long will we keep your data?
 
The data provided in the registry will be kept as long as necessary to comply with the purposes described or until its erasure is requested.
 
What is the legal basis for processing?
 
The legal basis of the processing described is the consent given when registering for the Event. If you do not authorise the use of your data to enable your participation in the event, you cannot participate in it.

Who are the recipients of your data?
 
Your personal data may be communicated to the following recipients, for the purposes previously identified:
  • Companies of the everis Group, some of which are established in countries that are not members of the European Economic Area and that have not been declared by the European Commission as having an adequate level of personal data protection, according to the standard contractual clauses to which they subscribe. They are all engaged in activities related to the provision of consulting services
  • Other organisers and/or sponsors of the Event
  • Media companies and companies used to broadcast the Event, some of which are located outside the European Economic Area.
  • General public that can see your image in the media used to broadcast the Event.
We also inform you that your data may be communicated to Processors, such as the following technology providers, some of which have processing and/or support centres located outside the European Economic Area:
 - SALESFORCE, located in the USA, a signatory of the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement, for services such as creating online forms. 

What are your rights?
 
You can revoke the consents you provide at any time. Once you have exercised your right to revocation, which will not be retroactive unless a legal provision requires it, your data may be kept blocked during the period established by the applicable regulations. You may also request Everis to confirm whether your personal data are being processed and, if so, access them. Moreover, you can request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
 
In certain circumstances, you can request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep them to exercise or defend against claims. You may also object to the processing of your data, in which case we will not process them, except for compelling legal reasons or to exercise or defend against possible claims. Finally, when appropriate, you can exercise your right of portability to obtain the data in electronic format or to transmit them to another entity.
