2021 NCAA Convention
Registration for the virtual 2021 NCAA Convention is free and now available on ncaa.org. Convention will occur January 11-15 and online educational programming will be offered throughout January. Visit the 2021 Convention resource webpage to access this year’s Convention resources. Staff will post key information (e.g., the Official Notice, legislative proposal Q&A guide and education session PowerPoint) on this page as it becomes available.
Student Immersion Program
For the sixth annual Student Immersion Program, there were over 120 nominations and 80 completed applications. Click here for this year’s cohort that will participate in a virtual program, Jan. 13-15, in conjunction with the NCAA Convention.
LGBTQ OneTeam Program
Schedule your virtual Division III LGBTQ OneTeam Program today. The program assists participants in recognizing the importance of LGBTQ inclusion in college athletics and identifying strategies and best practices to ensure a more LGBTQ-inclusive athletics department and conferences. Over 55 trained facilitators from Division III institutions across the country are available to deliver the program virtually, with no cost associated. Inside Perspective
We asked Dr. Ashley Hodges the assistant athletics director/SWA at Rosemont College a few questions. What is your Division III elevator pitch? It is a place where you can accomplish all that you want to and where academics come first, but athletics are highly competitive. In this time of social unrest and racial inequality, what discussions are you having at Rosemont? The conversations are about respecting different viewpoints and having conversations to identify what the experiences of marginalized communities look like and how we can come together and support each other.

Division III Committee Vacancies. Interested in serving on an NCAA Division III committee? Check out the current openingsand click here for the nomination form. Emerging Leaders Seminar. The virtual Emerging Leaders Seminar will take place Feb. 3-5. Application for the program is now available via the NCAA Program Hub and will remain open until 5 p.m. Eastern time Nov. 30. This virtual offering will provide leadership, educational and transitional programming for current graduate assistants and interns from NCAA member schools, conference offices and affiliate organizations.
